1. Order Processing Time All orders are subject to a processing and handling period before shipment.

Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your order to be verified, quality-checked, securely packed, and dispatched from our facility.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your package has been handed over to the courier.
2. Shipping Times & Estimates We are proud to offer international shipping to customers worldwide. Once your package leaves our warehouse, the estimated transit time is as follows:

Standard Worldwide Shipping: Estimated 7–9 business days.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: Combining processing and shipping, please allow approximately 10–12 business days for your order to arrive at your delivery address.
Please Note: These delivery timeframes are estimates. While we and our courier partners work diligently to meet these deadlines, transit times may occasionally be affected by external factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, severe weather conditions, or local postal disruptions.
3. Shipping Cost Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your payment. Any promotional offers regarding "Free Shipping" will be automatically applied at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order Every shipment includes end-to-end tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing a unique tracking link. You can use this link to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier's system.
5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes For international shipments outside of our primary dispatch hub, packages may occasionally be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country's government.

6. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

We cannot be held legally or financially liable for packages that are misdelivered or returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address provided by the buyer.

If a package is returned to our facility due to a delivery failure (e.g., wrong address, failure to collect from a local post office), any additional shipping charges to resend the item will be billed to the customer.
7.
