RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return because you changed your mind, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that unless the item is defective or damaged, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your country of residence is outside of Spain, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
Damages and Issues (Faulty Products)
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at dropsolo26@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In accordance with consumer rights legislation, if a product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, we will cover the cost of the return shipping and provide a full refund or a free replacement.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Right to Cancel (UK & International Sales)
In compliance with consumer protection regulations, customers shipping to the UK, European Union, and other regulated international regions have a statutory right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Our 15-day policy fully covers and extends this mandatory cooling-off period. This right applies to all eligible products, including items purchased during promotional sales.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
